After being dumped outside a shelter, Millie was rescued in July 2014. She survived multi-organ failure and spinal surgery for IVDD, and was adopted in October 2014. She continues to make gradual progress with independent mobility, and loves to watch squirrels and cruise the yard in her wheels!
