A little about me...
Mashed Potatoes (or Masha to her loyal fans) was found as a stray by the humane society of Tallahassee on Valentine’s day of 2019. However, unhappy with being a Nole, she demanded to be transferred to the Alachua county humane society. She continues to demand things to this day. Her protest methods include screaming, stepping on faces, and staring menacingly from a distance.

She was found by her owner when Masha attended an adoption event in Gainesville. Her name was chosen after her owner noted how much she resembles a bowl of spilled mashed potatoes when she lays on the ground. At 15 pounds at the time of her adoption, she was full of love and attitude in equal measure. Masha is a very vocal advocate for adoption, and has the potential to be an amazing voice for all plus sized kitties everywhere who are in need of a home!
