The Finger Lakes SPCA provides shelter services for homeless cats, dogs, and a limited number of small farm-type animals as they await their new forever home. We also run a low-cost spay/neuter program for cats, and frequently participate in animal rescues when called upon by local law enforcement. Our primary passion is the protection and well-being of the animals given into our care. Our motto is, “We speak for those who cannot speak for themselves.”
