Pet's Story or Bio
Rudy was born in Kansas in 2016. He grew up in the Colorado Rocky Mountains and moved to Iowa in 2019. His favorite toys are his many 'Mingos', one of which you can see here. He's a mellow and grumbley dude that loves to give that famous Welsh Terrier 'side eye'. Yeah, he's judging you, but he looks so cute doing it.
