Phoebe is an amazing girl and I don't know what I would do without her. She was adopted and returned to EVHS twice for behavioral issues. It's apparent that she has been abused. When I went back into the kennel runs one day before opening, she caught my eye. It was love at 1st sight! For weeks, we would go for walks without a leash then she would curl up at my desk for naps. At that point I (and my staff) knew that I would be the one to give her a forever home. As with so many unions at EVHS, she adopted me and we have been inseparable ever since. All she needed was love and patience to build her trust in humans again. She gets that and more.
