Checkers lives his best life every day, like a true king. His favorite activity? The 7 PM daily treat time. If you’re late or forget, he’ll lead you to the treat container with GPS precision. He loves laptop time (uses the mousepad as a pillow), his favorite toy, the Christmas tree (even in September), and sleeping. Recently, he’s upgraded to senior cat food and is surprisingly into it. His nicknames are Punky and Baby Boy. This is his second year in the contest, and he’s plotting a comeback with the determination of a cat chasing a string.
