Joie was rescued by Isle of Wight County Humane Society. She was featured on a local Shelter Sunday TV show when she was a puppy in February 2016. Soon after her TV spot, she joined the Riley family and has been in charge ever since! When Joie isn't busy chasing squirrels and Canadian Geese, she enjoys digging in the garden and meeting people. Joie is a very, very good girl. Vote for Joie!!!!!
