Harbor is named after the Norfolk Harbor, where his humans met and both currently work. He’s a blue heeler who loves playing frisbee every day, and hiking, kayaking, camping, or swimming when he gets the chance. At almost three years old, this pup is well-travelled with 20 states already under his belt…or maybe under his collar! He taught himself how to collect trash from along the shoreline of the Elizabeth River and the local beaches, and he looks forward to getting his teeth brushed every night. You can often find him riding the ferry or getting a pup cup from Lolly’s Creamery. Harbor is not just a good boy; he’s a great boy!
