I may be little, and I may have a slight head tilt from before I was rescued and nursed back to health by the NS SPCA as a hoarding survivor before my furever family found me, but I feel my experience qualifies me to support Prime Minister Grey in heading up the Department of Second Chances. And while I don't fly, my appearance in a cape commands attention, providing the opportunity to emphasize the message that "Neglect isn't working or acceptable".
