Gus is a rescue. He wants stiffer penalties for people who commit animal abuse and neglect. Gus knows about neglect and suffering. He wants it stopped, and he is willing to work long and hard with Earl Grey to fight against animal abuse of any kind.

Several years ago, Gus was found alone, hungry and afraid. Now he shares his home with his two humans and seven cats. He has helped with fostering several cats, kittens and one puppy. He works tirelessly with his rescue people from HART. He loves to give sloppy kisses, too. He is just a country boy at heart and would love to see animal sanctuaries established across Canada. He is against de-clawing, docking of tails and ears, and dog-fighting.
