Your Pet's Bio/Story
Both dogs are rescue dogs. We started fostering Madison through All Breed Rescue in VT shortly before her 1st birthday. Her young owner could not keep her because the other family members didn't want her in the house. We decided to adopt her a short time after because she loved being with us and we loved her! Sundance was found as a stray puppy in MO and came to us via the Rocky Mountain Cocker Rescue. Madison actually picked him out of a crowd of other Cockers! They are an extremely bonded pair, grooming and comforting each other often, despite the fact that she is 17.5 and he is 6! Since Madison was diagnosed with renal disease several years ago, Sundance has been especially attentive to her; we recently lost Madison and Sundance remained by her side, giving her kisses and watching over her until the very end.
