I saw Howard on the DDFL website and immediately ran over to adopt him. I loved him before I even hear his sad story of being found in the side of I70, and his rough start to shelter life. Howard had to have more than 20 teeth pulled, be neutered and have his chipped placed when he got to the shelter. But in the past year he has quickly adjusted to being the boss of the house, even at just over 5 pounds!!
