Your Pet's QuirksLoves to play ball, smiles a lot, and Ice cubes are his favorite treat!
Your Pet's Bio/StoryWe adopted Ranger at age eight weeks in May, 2012. DDFL named him Talley. Thinking that too feminine, we renamed him Ranger. And when we brought little Ranger home and showed him the back yard and doggie door, he proceeded to potty train himself.
In no time, Ranger learned to herd us to his bowl at mealtime, and to bring us a ball when he decides it's time to play. While our family "ball-a-holic" is a Border Collie Cattledog mix, something else snuck in there, possibly Bulldog because of his tank-like build and underbite. In fact, they dubbed him Tank in puppy class.
Despite his now advanced age, Ranger's love of people and toothy smile still charms passersby who often comment on how cute and happy he looks.
Contest or not, Ranger's our star, a sweet little boy who has us completely wrapped around each of his four paws.
