Entering a Photo
- Photos of cats, dogs, horses (or other equines), and small pets are accepted. Your pet does NOT need to have been adopted from the Dumb Friends League to be eligible to enter this contest.
- The photo you submit may contain more than one pet.
- People are not allowed in your photo, only pets.
- All photos of cats must depict them in an indoor setting.
- We cannot accept Polaroids, photos with digital overlays, heavily edited pictures, photos with stickers or doodles, or any copyrighted or professional photos.
- Photos must be high resolution (3650 pixels x 2740 pixels is recommended for printing purposes).
- If your pet wins Pet of the Month, but the quality of your photo is not high enough, we will ask you to submit a new photo.
- Once entered, photos become the property of the Dumb Friends League and may be used for print and marketing purposes.
- Entries must be submitted before 5:00:00 PM (Mountain Time) on Friday, August 5, 2022.
Rules - Voting
- Votes for photo entries must be submitted by 5:00:00 PM (Mountain Time) on Friday, August 5, 2022*.
*The host website’s server will be solely responsible for determining the end time for the online voting portion of the contest. Remember that your clock may differ slightly from the clock that determines the end time.
