Your Pet's Bio/StoryLeo was USMC CPL David Sonka's first Military Working Dog. N180 PEDD. David only had Leo for about a month in the Fall of 2009, then some health issues sidelined him, and David was later paired with Falco. Leo was paired with Handler Jacob Nunn and both deployed to Afghanistan. Leo retired in 2016 to the Johnston family in Colorado. Leo Crossed The Rainbow Bridge on July 1, 2019.
