She is an American Saddlebred born at Spring Acres Farm in Parker.
Her first nickname was Sam but rapidly changed to Chili due to her sweet and spicy nature. Chili is very independent but loves people and especially loves to eat. When her caretaker, Stacey, is around , Chili will grab her shirt to pull her closer so Stacey can scratch her withers.
