Your Pet's Bio/Story
We have 2 children ages 4 & 7, my son was asking for another dog & I started taking them to the dumb friends league in castle rock. We didn’t find any dogs for young kids, so we went to the other location & no luck there either. The lady asked if we would be interested in a puppy & we said sure! She started getting us in the system for when one would become available & another volunteer just came in from walking Lucy & asked the lady if he should put Lucy back in the back- the lady turned to us & told us “this puppy just became available.” We couldn’t turn Lucy down @ just 6 weeks old, so cute! She has grown fast, almost 1yr old now (8/15) & 70 lbs. she is a wonderful dog & great with the kids- we all love Lucy!
