• To enter, submit a photograph of your dog AND $5 donation to Dripping Springs Lions Club. The photo should consist of the dog only (with or without costume).
  
  

• There is no Limit to the number of dogs/photo submitted per the same family. If you are entering more than one dog, each must have their own entry form and $5 donation entry fee. No people are allowed in entry photographs.
  
  

• Entries must be living dogs to be eligible to win.
  
  

• Dog owners must have Hays County address.
  
  

• Photos that do not follow these rules will NOT be eligible to win.
  
  

• All donations from entries are non-refundable.
  
  

• All entry photos must be uploaded through the competition software. We cannot accept printed photos. The entry photograph must be taken by you.
  
  

• The submission period starts at 8:00:00 AM (Central Time) on Friday, October 14, 2022 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (Central Time) on Wednesday, November 30, 2022.
  
  

• Any photograph that includes content that is deemed inappropriate, indecent, or obscene, as determined by Dripping Springs Lions Club, in their sole discretion, will be removed from the contest with NO opportunity for a refund.
  
  

• Each dog may enter only once. Posting more than one photo of your dog does not increase the chances of winning as only one photo will be permitted.
  
  

• All entries must be the original work of the entrant. You must own the copyright to the photograph.
  
  

• Once a photo is submitted, it will appear in the online contest gallery and may be shared out on HSC website, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram Pages.
  
  

• The Top 3 Dripping Springs Lions Club Santa Paws Prize winners of the photo contest will be determined by the number of votes received.
  
  

• Contest winners will be announced at Christmas on Mercer.
  
  

• Each vote is $1 and counts for 1 vote. There is no limit to the number of votes you may cast. You may vote for your own dog and you may spread your votes across multiple dogs. There is no limit to the amount of votes you can cast.
  
  

• The Voting Period starts at 8:00:00 AM (Central Time) on Friday, October 14, 2022 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (Central Time) on Wednesday, November 30, 2022.
  
  

• Votes can come from anywhere in the world.
  
  

• Contest payments are made online through a secure site.
  
  

• We encourage you to email the contest link (http://www.gogophotocontest.com/DSSantaPaws2022) to family and friends and encourage them to vote for your entry.
  
  

• All donations from voting are non-refundable. Voting and other donations must be made through the online contest page, which is a secured site for money transactions.
  
  

• All winners will be determined by electronic vote tabulation under the supervision of GOGO Photo Contest whose decisions are final and binding.
  
  

Donations are non-refundable and fully tax-deductible as permitted by law. Dripping Springs Lions Club is a 501(c)(4) non-profit organization

By participating in this contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless DS Lions Club and each of their officers, directors, representatives, volunteers and agents (the Released Parties) from and against any claims of any nature arising out of participation in the contest or receipt or use of any prize.

The contest is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

DS Lions Club reserves the right to modify or clarify any of the contest rules during the term of the contest without advance notice.
