We adopted Vern in June 2015 from a foster. He is a mini dachshund-chihuahua mix. He was very scared and timid when we met him, but is now confident, playful, and full of love. He was discovered underfed and terrified after being abused and neglected in a drug-making facility. He loves to go on walks and explore outside, and is especially fond of trying to chase squirrels. Vern loves his mini tennis balls more than anything.
