Oscar is a mini dachshund. He ruptured discs in his back last year and is now paralyzed in his hind legs. He needs a wheelchair to play with his brother and sister but that doesn't slow him down. He is still full of life. He love's mom's homemade biscuits, and snuggling under a blanket.
