Tell Us A Little About Your Cutie Pie
Sally is a rescue doxie who joined our family about 2 1/2 years ago. She is very sweet and loving and mostly timid, except when it comes to protecting our 17 year old male Gus, who has several health issues. She checks on him when she gets up in the morning. If he acts like he is having difficulties she is all around him barking to let us know he needs help. She actually saved Gus' life a few months ago. He is partially blind and slipped and fell into the pool. Sally ran over to him and started barking and calling to us until we came and got him out. She then licked him for ten minutes to help him dry off. Sally is a very special little girl.
