Newman was rescued in August 2013 and has been through much in the past year. He recently underwent back surgery, but he is walking again and loves his new home. Newman rarely misses the days of working dog shows and now spends most of his time getting belly rubs or lounging in the sun. Everywhere he goes the "Puparazzi" seem to follow, but Newman is never to boastful to turn down an autograph.
