I adopted Francine from Dachshund rescue of Bucks County, she had been abused and neglected at her home and was saved by some kind strangers who saw her being abused. She is now in a happy loving and safe home with lots of kisses and treats. She is so happy now when she rolls on her back she SMILES at me, you can see in the picture.
