Tell Us A Little About Your Cutie Pie
Hans was adopted from DRBC on February 2, 2018. The date is apropos since he killed a groundhog in our yard this spring. Hans joined an adopted "sister," Greta, who was adopted from DRBC in May, 2017. Hans and Greta are both diabetic. They eagerly wait to receive insulin injections twice a day because they know they will receive a piece of kibble afterward. Greta successfully received double cataract surgery in May, 2018. Hans may be a candidate for surgery also. Hans is very stubborn when taken for a walk. He does not want to turn around to come home. He has to be tricked by returning a different way. He is often carried home or at least carried up the driveway. Hans' favorite place is by his "Dad" and the laptop.
