Jamie was a patient at Dove Lewis in October 2023.
We thought Jamie was going to die. He suddenly became very sick and unconscious. He was referred to Dove Lewis by his regular veterinarian.
The neurologist at Dove Lewis did a MRI and many other tests . She said he had a stroke at 3 years old. She tested him for many causes why this would happen to a young dog. She was happy to say she thought he would recover!
Dove Lewis and their staff took excellent care of Jamie and after a few months of coming home, he has completely recovered. I remember I was so upset and crying when I brought him there. The first veterinarian who saw Jamie said “Don’t give up on Jamie” and Dove Lewis never did and I didn’t either.
I love 🩵Jamie so much and I love Dove Lewis too!!❤️
