The most frequent comment about Franklin is, “I normally don’t like chihuahuas, but..” Many are surprised at how sweet and gregarious he is. Franklin adores all people, and loves meeting new friends.

When he is not snuggled on a strangers lap, he enjoys hanging out in his owners art studio, and being picky about treats. Franklin also enjoys long walks on the beach and meeting all of his fans and admirers.
