Peppers has been my husband's childhood dog since he was 15. She was adopted from a shelter in Texas as a 4-week-old puppy whose head was too big for her body. She would light up a room with her playful personality, goofy antics, and loving snuggles. Peppers spent many a day chewing on her rags toy, begging for treats, and spinning in circles with excitement over meal time. Hide and Seek was her specialty, using her herding breed senses with masterful accuracy. Peppers passed away last November at age 16 due to Liver Cancer. She was our daughter and saying goodbye to her was the hardest thing we have ever done. I would love her memory to shine on in the hearts of all animal lovers. She was truly special and will never be forgotten.
