Turtle is a small dog with a big personality. He came to us from a high kill shelter in California almost 5 years ago when he was just 7 months old. He is the friendliest, wiggly-est, boy you'll ever meet. He puts a smile on the face of everyone who sees him. Turtle enjoys squeaky toys, walks, chicken, and snuggling under a blanket or in the sun.
