Rules

The contest will be open from 3/16/2017 at 10:00 AM to 7/20/2017 at 11:59:59 PM.
Entrants must be dogs. Your entry does not have to have been adopted from Dogs by Debin.
Submit a photo of your dog(s) and include:
- Name of your Dog/s
- Dog's Age/s
- Your Name
- Your Email
- Your City and State (or Provence)
- A paragraph that tells voters more about your special dog/s. Make it interesting, fun and heartfelt to encourage those votes! If you adopted or rescued your dog be sure to let everyone know.
- Tell us about your dog's funny quirks, habits and personality!
Photos must be clear, of good quality and high resolution — 300 dpi or higher in PNG or JPG format — and no greater than 5MB. Sorry, we cannot accept hard copies.
All submitted photos may be shared on our social media sites such as Facebook, Instagram and our website.
You must own the copyright to the photograph.
Dogs by Debin retains the right to remove any inappropriate entries.
Photos must be of dogs only – no people or other dogs will be considered (we love your other dogs and look forward to having them participate in other activities, but for this contest we request dogs exclusively).
Your dog does not have to be a shelter animal to qualify.
You may enter as many photos as you want. However, remember that concentrating votes to one photo will increase your chances of winning!
Once a photo is submitted it will appear in the contest gallery and be open to voting by the general public. Entry will require a $5.00 donation to Dogs by Debin. Each vote requires a minimum donation of $1.00 to Dogs by Debin.
All submissions must be done electronically through the contest photo website.
Dogs by Debin reserves the right to decline publication of any photo for any reason. We will not accept photos displaying profanity or animals clearly in distress.
Copyrighted or professional photos must be accompanied by authorization from the photographer.
All photos become property of Dogs by Debin and each submitted photo can be used on Dogs by Debin's website, social media, and in advertising and promotional materials without compensation or permission.
Dogs by Debin is a non-profit and all entries & votes are donations. There are no refunds given.
