The aim of this photo contest is to raise funds for the valuable work that Dogs Angels Geneva does in rescuing dogs from the streets of Bosnia, and in doing so, saving them from a life of abandonment, misery and in some cases death. Mont Blanc Photography will be offering their time, services and prizes for free as a means to raise funds for this great cause. We will use the platform Gogophotocontest.com in order to run this contest. They are are independent of Dogs Angels and Mont Blanc Photography and run these contests worldwide as a means of helping charities raise funds.

1. This contest is run on behalf of the animal charity Dogs Angels, with the help of Mont Blanc Photography, who will be providing the prizes.
2. The contest will run from 01.10.2023 and will close at midnight CET on 30.10.2023 and the results made available for everyone to see on 31.10.2023.
3. Participants will need to provide their full name, email address and phone number in order to be contacted if they have won a prize. Participants details will be not be sold on nor used for further marketing. All participants details will be kept secure on the Gogophotocontest's site and only be used to for contact relative to the contest.
4. Participant selection. Prizewinners will be chosen automatically by GogoPhotoContests, based solely on the number of votes received per participant's photo. Neither Dogs Angels or Mont Blanc Photography will have any say in who the winners are.
5. There will be 12 prizes, 1 of which will be the major prize winner, and 11 runners up.
6. The major prize will be the following: 1 free full-length photoshoot with Mont Blanc Photography (value 220 francs) this will include a choice of one of two top prizes.
   
   
1. Either a 30x50cm canvas and a 20x15cm mounted print, valued at 700fr.
2. Or: 1x luxury folio box with 5 mounted prints, valued at 700fr.
   
   Please note, it is only prize (a) or prize (b), not both. Total grand prize value: 920fr. The grand prize winner can choose either one of these two prizes as they desire.
   
   Bonus: The grand prize winner will have their dog's photo on the cover of the calendar, as well as having another photo featuring on their chosen month….they can choose this special month according to their wishes.
   
   
7. The 11 runners up prizes will consist of: Free mini photoshoot with Mont Blanc Photography, valued at 70fr, as well as a 20x15cm mounted print, valued at 160 fr, total prize value: 230fr. The runners up will have one photo chosen by Mont Blanc Photography that will be entered into the calendar.
8. The photoshoots will take place at the studio of Mont Blanc Photography in Saint Prex, Vaud, Switzerland on the following days only. These dates are non negotiable, therefore please sure you are available for one of these dates and can travel to Saint Prex for the photoshoot.
1. Date 1: Sunday 5th November 2023, 4 slots available.
2. Date 2: Sunday 12th November 2023, 4 slots available.
3. Date 3: Sunday 19th November 2023, 4 slots available.
9. Who can take part. All dog owners in the local area who are able to come to Saint Prex for their photoshoot, who are aged over 18 years old. It's not a pre-requisite to have adopted their dog from Dogs Angels. The photoshoot is for 1 dog only! If there are multiple dogs in the family, each dog must be entered separately. Particpants are free to enter as many different animals from their households as desired, there's no limit. But each entry is for one animal only.
10. All prizes are non negotiable, and non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for a cash equivalent. The above terms and conditions apply, and the prize can only be claimed if the person and their dog can travel to the studio in Saint Prex on one of the above three dates. All photoshoots must be claimed and booked by the particpants by 05.11.2023.
11. Contacting the winners. Winners will be contacted via email and phone from the 31.10.2023 until 02.11.2023. If we can't get any reply after trying several times within this timeframe, the prize will be forfeited and passed on to the person who is next in line. Please make sure to answer your phone calls and emails from Mont Blanc Photography within this timeframe. Text messages will also be sent out the potential winners so that you can add our phone number to your contacts and arrange a time to speak on the phone and choose a time and date for the photoshoot from the three days available.
12. If a person has won one of our prizes on the site of Gogophotocontest, and cannot claim their prize due to not being available on the given times and dates, then their prize shall be offered to the person next in line with the highest number of votes received.
13. What to expect after the photoshoots. Each winners' photos will be edited within 2 weeks of their photoshoot, after which participants will be invited to a gallery reveal session, either in person or via zoom, to see their photos and choose their favourite(s) for printing. Further photos from the photoshoot will be made available for purchase if desired, but there is no pressure to buy further products, participants are free to take just their free print if that's all they desire.
14. Photo copyrights and usage. All photos taken in this contest will remain the full copyright of Mont Blanc Photography, who along with Dogs Angels stipulates that the photos generated from the photoshoots as part of this contest will be used to promotional posts in their social media to promote the work of Dogs Angels and Mont Blanc Photography. The winning participants are required to agree with this copyright and usage of these photos.
15. Photo calendar details. Mont Blanc Photography will choose the winners photos that will be entered into the calendar. Dogs Angels calendars will be in available to order from 24.11.2023 at a price of 28 francs including postage to France/Switzerland. All proceeds from the calendars will go to the Dogs Angels charity, and will be able to be ordered either via Dogs Angels or Mont Blanc Photography.

Le but de ce concours photo est de récolter des fonds pour le précieux travail effectué par Dogs Angels Genève en sauvant les chiens des rues de Bosnie et, ce faisant, en les sauvant d'une vie d'abandon, de misère et, dans certains cas, de mort. Mont Blanc Photography offrira gratuitement son temps, ses services et ses prix afin de collecter des fonds pour cette grande cause. Les finalistes disposeront d'une photo choisie par Mont Blanc Photography qui sera inscrite au calendrier.

Les séances photo auront lieu au studio Mont Blanc Photography à Saint Prex, Vaud, Suisse les jours suivants uniquement. Ces dates ne sont pas négociables, assurez-vous donc d'être disponible pour l'une de ces dates et de pouvoir vous déplacer à Saint Prex pour la séance photo.
Date 1 : dimanche 5 novembre 2023, 4 créneaux disponibles.
Date 2 : dimanche 12 novembre 2023, 4 créneaux disponibles.
Date 3 : dimanche 19 novembre 2023, 4 créneaux disponibles.

Qui peut participer. Tous les propriétaires de chiens de la région pouvant venir à Saint Prex pour leur séance photo, âgés de plus de 18 ans. Ce n'est pas un pré-requis pour avoir adopté son chien chez Dogs Angels. La séance photo est pour 1 chien seulement ! S'il y a plusieurs chiens dans la famille, chaque chien doit être inscrit séparément. Les participants sont libres d'inscrire autant d'animaux différents de leur foyer qu'ils le souhaitent, sans limite. Mais chaque entrée concerne un seul animal.

Tous les prix sont non négociables, non remboursables et ne peuvent être échangés contre un équivalent en espèces. Les conditions ci-dessus s'appliquent et le lot ne pourra être réclamé que si la personne et son chien peuvent se déplacer au studio de Saint Prex à l'une des trois dates ci-dessus. Toutes les séances photo doivent être réclamées et réservées par les participants avant le 05.11.2023.

Contacter les gagnants. Les gagnants seront contactés par e-mail et par téléphone du 31.10.2023 au 02.11.2023. Si nous n'obtenons aucune réponse après plusieurs tentatives dans ce délai, le prix sera perdu et transmis à la personne suivante. Veuillez vous assurer de répondre à vos appels téléphoniques et à vos e-mails de Mont Blanc Photography dans ce délai. Des SMS seront également envoyés aux gagnants potentiels afin que vous puissiez ajouter notre numéro de téléphone à vos contacts, convenir d'un moment pour parler au téléphone et choisir une heure et une date pour la séance photo parmi les trois jours disponibles.

Si une personne a gagné l'un de nos prix sur le site de Gogophotocontest, et ne peut réclamer son prix faute d'être disponible aux heures et dates indiquées, alors son prix sera offert à la personne suivante ayant obtenu le plus grand nombre de votes. reçu.
