Pet's Story or Bio
Muttley is currently living at the spca in fredericksburg. He lived the first 6 years of his life on a chain, and when he first came to us he would cower in the corner because he was scared of people. Muttley was extremely skinny and he had heartworm disease. Now, he is filling out and he absolutely loves human attention; He thinks he's a lap dog. Muttley is blossoming, and we know that he will find his fetch partner soon!
