Jazz, a red/rust senior male Doberman came to Doberman Rescue NM in late 2005. He was emaciated and his coat was in horrible condition. After a short time in foster care, he was adopted by Carole Baker in January 2006. Sierra, a black/tan female Doberman also came to Doberman Rescue NM in August 2007. She was surrendered because she was incontinent.... at six months of age. She was taken to University of Colorado in Fort Collins and was successfully treated for this condition. She was also adopted by Carole as a companion for Jazz in August 2007. Both enjoyed Carole's companionship and care in Corrales, NM for about 7 years. Jazz crossed the Rainbow Bridge in August 2013 at the amazing old age of 16 years. Sierra now lives with Carole in California. Awesome Dobermans, wonderful owner, very lucky rescue dogs.
