Story or Bio
Cheri came to us from Doberman Rescue of New Mexico in February 2013. She is about 5 years old, now. When she first came to us, she was very anxious, nervous, fearful and shy. She had not been socialized much. She was afraid to leave the house for walks. Now, she loves going outdoors to sniff and walk the neighborhood and the bosque. She plays well at doggie daycare and is the counselor's pet sometimes. She loves hugs and petting from most humans. Like most Dobermans, she can be a silly clown and is very loving and devoted. Most importantly, she loves biscuits especially if they come with peanut butter.
