Phoebo came as a rescue put of TX after hurricane harvey. He was sent to DRM in MN to fins his furever home. He landed a sweet job as a diabetic alert service dog. He gets to wake up ever day and has a job to get done which keeps him happy. Saving his humans life everyday is his dream job, after chasing small rodents that is!
