Rocky's momma was rescued from a puppy mill in MO & while she was in rescue, had her litter of puppies! He was adopted once & returned 2 short days later. Sometimes that's a blessing because then he was scooped up by his current forever family who spoils him rotten and can't believe how lucky they are to have found him!
