This cutie's person is Janet Badger, who is a very active volunteer in Forgotten Felines of Maine. She and her partner Samantha Dillman (who is now over the Rainbow Bridge with Jeff) also had diabetic kitty Scooter, adopted through DCIN. Jeff was an ambassador for FFoM at cat shows, events, craft fairs, etc., until he developed inoperable cancer and crossed the Rainbow Bridge a couple of years ago. He was known for his gentle nature, especially with kids, and didn't mind if he got dressed up in costumes, as he just soaked up all the attention.
