Jonesy is a former feral boy who I'd been caring for in my backyard for three years. I'd fed him, had him TNR'd and sheltered him, but he wanted nothing to do with me. That was okay. I understood him, people can be scary . . .

Then one day, I walked past his feeding station where he was having his third breakfast and he DIDN'T run! WHAATT?? I took my chances and reached down to pet him. He rewarded me with an "elevator butt"! It took a few more months for him to fully trust me, apparently cooked chicken is his proverbial achilles heel! HA!

He's been inside now for just over a year. He's put a permanent dent on the corner of my bed where it is HIS spot, forever.
