I adopted Cedric in 2006 from the SPCA. He was more like a dog than a cat and a great companion. When we bought a home in 2011, Cedric "found" a buddy in our yard who came to live with us - his brother from another mother, Dallas. They became great friends. Cedric became diabetic in 2011 but went into remission for 2 years due to diet change. Unfortunately, his pancreas decided it didn't want to cooperate and he died in 2013 at the age of 8. We miss him very much, but know that he lived a good life in our home.
