About this extra-sweet kitty
Rocky was my 4th rescue through DCIN. He was picked up as a stray who was not only diabetic but deaf and declawed and then went to a high kill shelter in Canada. Rescued and fostered by Eva McDowell, I adopted him in March 2015. They say it takes a village---many people came together to get this handsome boy transported to me in Colorado from Canada. He remains a beloved member of my family and continues to do well.
