About this extra-sweet kitty
Jack Abraham Resnick was one amazing cat. Jack was diagnosed with feline diabetes 8 years ago but he never complained about getting his insulin shots or tested. Jack's famous line: "I have diabetes, but it doesn't have me" rang true for every illness he contracted-- until the world lost Jack on July 27th, two months after he turned fourteen. Jack was the DCIN spokes-cat for 7 years, gracing the cover of the Calendar three years straight. He was blessed with being able to have the best vet care anytime he needed it; Jack wanted to help his extra-sweet purr-peers and their humans that weren't so blessed.
