We rescued Gizmo as a feral kitten and he has been with us since. He has been diabetic for four years. He doesn't beg so much for his food anymore, but when he's hungry he'll pick a spot to sit (not always the same one) and wait there for you to bring him his wet food, rather than coming to where the food is.
