Jules is another DCIN rescue who was nine years old and not spayed when she was dumped at the city shelter in Baltimore because she was diabetic. This beautiful gal reminded me of my cat Sophie who passed a couple years ago so I applied to adopt her and she arrived in August 2016. She was spayed and gained weight. She is a loving cat, very assertive, who is easy to test and give shots too. Please help DCIN by voting for Jules.
