Meet Bailey. He is my third diabetic cat. I adopted him because his family could not properly care for him. His diabetes is very well regulated and he usually only needs one dose of insulin a day. He is such a cuddly boy, but has his own ideas about what part of him is allowed to be touched. He was a bit of a chicken cat, but surprise, surprise, when we had him shaved down, he became a lion. He struts around like the king of our castle. Our 60 pound pup is afraid of him. He also loves to go in our motorhome and his bg is always much lower when we are camping - obviously he shares our love of camping
