Butch, Super Butch, Big Butchi, Butch Putch, Mr. Buchi Pooch, Uncle Butchi and so on...loved to take sun. This was one of Butchi's favorite poses. He was the happiest and most relaxed cat ever. When I look at Butchi in this photo I feel like I can still see him in real life. I was in love with Butchi. I could stare at him forever. The eye contact between us filled me with love and joy. He brought so much magic to my life. I never have loved anyone or anything as much as I loved him I think. Butchi was also polydactil and had an extra paw. He could jump higher and farther and climb like no other cat I have ever seen. Butchi was always lots of fun and was very loved by other cats and by all the people in his life. Butchi was everything for everyone in his life. Butchi was first diagnosed with Diabetes and his condition was treatable. Later it was discovered he had Cushings Syndrome and later it was found he had congestive heart failure as well. He lived until he was 15 years old. I took care of him 24/7. He was the most loving , the most grateful and even the funnest patient ever. He always loved all foods I offered. I was determined to help and save him. He loved eating and loved other cats and people. He did not know fear nor anxiety. He slept with me every night and we were always together. He was a fighter and he remained in great spirits until the end. Even at the end he would still climb and jump. He had many good days even when his health kept deteriorating. Even when he did not feel well he ate and interacted until the end. He wanted to live. He was the light of my eyes and he still is. Butchi is my angel. My inspiration. My true love.
