Please include a short paragraph that tells voters something fun or interesting about the cat(s) and other animals in the photo. Which cat is diabetic? Is one or more a DCIN rescue? How long have the animals been a part of your family? Give some interesting information about the animal(s) in the photo that will encourage others to vote for your photo.
My BearBear (or just Bear) is the most amazing cat! He adapted to my home so quickly, and he is such a good boy. He goes right up to visitors for pets. I adopted him from DCIN after he was in 2 foster homes for a year and a half. Tomorrow (8/27) will be his first Gotcha Day anniversary. He is about 8 years old now, and still plays like a kitten. The fishing pole type toys send him flying around the room, he loves to play with my hair in the morning-both chewing and swatting it. He likes to sleep between my legs. Almost 3 months ago I brought home Sarjenka, another DCIN kitty (formerly Sandy). Bear has tolerated her screaming, hissing and chasing him with grace, and is working on wooing her. Don't worry, there has been no injury, just a very scared/scary torti. Most cats would have retaliated but not Bear. He is standing up for himself more now but in a low key way. He loves to go to her safe room (the walk in closet) and use "her" litterbox, and sit on the cardboard scratching post where she used to sit when in there. See, I told you my BearBear is an amazing cat!! My heart bursts with love when I see him! Vote for my BearBear!
