Meet Grace Kelly: A Tail of Transformation!

Grace is a four-year-old poodle mix whom I adopted from Chihuahua Rescue of San Diego County. This wonderful volunteer-run organization saved her from the Oceanside campus of the San Diego Humane Society. Grace ended up at the shelter after a woman found her wandering in her neighborhood, captured her, and kept her in a crate for a couple of days before bringing her in. The shelter’s vet thought Grace may have had one or two litters of puppies.

Grace is pure love and joy, and I feel incredibly blessed to have found her. She has a delightful temperament, is funny, loves to snuggle, and accompanies me nearly everywhere. She gets along with everyone—both people and animals. She’s also a big fan of eating and staying active! Another perk: she enjoys all dog-safe fruits and vegetables as much as her plant-based mom!
