These puppies found safety at the shelter after an individual contacted the DRHS who shared that they were made aware the puppies were at risk of drowning if no intervention was made. While them being separated from their mother was not ideal, it was the best option to save their lives.

Thankfully, the group of 7 were placed in a loving foster home until they were old enough for adoption. They have since all been adopted!
