Rescue Dogs Rule! Chloe is my little blind dynamo with a spirit that won't quit. I rescued her from a shelter in Baltimore after she was removed from a hoarding situation. She is blind due to microphthalmia caused by the double merle gene, but I'm convinced she thinks the rest of the world is blind like her. She certainly doesn't let that hold her back...she even participated in the Running of the Chihuahuas in Washington D.C. a few years ago. She is certainly the light of my life and she helps bring joy to others as a registered therapy pet.
