When my mom unexpectedly went into the hospital and was unable to take care of this beauty, she became my new companion. Very reluctantly on her part. Three years later and she has chosen me as her person. Being a tortie, she is full of what I call tortitude. Occasionally she graces me with laying on my lap. Multiple times daily she gives me blinky eyes and asks for kisses. She just needed me to have patience, and because I'm stubborn, that was fine with me. I can even pet her belly when the stars are aligned. She is secretly a little love bug.
