Brooke, formerly Lela, was adopted from Dakin almost 4 years ago! She is the sweetest, happiest most loving, affectionate and smiley companion I could ever ask for. She has been through a lot with me over the last few years. Most notably the unexpected passing of my young husband, and a couple of big moves. She greets me every day as of she hasn’t seen me in ages, which makes my heart happy. She loves her tennis balls, making herself comfy on ALL the pillows, strutting through the neighborhood on our walks, doggie delights from Cindy’s Drive In, and making friends with everyone she meets. 🐕
